Are you a self-motivated professional looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your career in finance? Our client is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their growing manufacturing business.
With study support offered, this Royston based role will involve working closely with the Head of Finance and partnering with a variety of senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Operational planning including assistance with the businesses strategic 5-year plan
- Collaborating with a variety of teams across the organisation particularly in the Commercial and Engineering departments
- Preparing and analysing detailed sales forecasts, budgets and cost to support key business decisions
Your core skills and attributes as a Finance Analyst include:
- Previous experience in delivering precise financial analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Be commercially minded
- Effective communicator
- Part qualified or a desire to obtain ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Eager to learn and add value to a growing business
