Osborne Appointments are recruiting for Forklift Operative for our client, an Industrial business near the Royston area, on an on-going temporary to permanent basis.
Hours of a production operative : Monday to Friday 07:30 to 5pm - 42.5 hour working week
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour depending on experience
Candidates must have their own vehicle for this role because of location
Candidates Must have previous forklift experience
Duties of a forklift operative :
- Working along food production line
- Adhering to all health and safety standards
- Various duties to be taken once trained
- Moving materials and equipment around the warehouse
- Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised
- Supporting the production team
Personal specification of forklift operative:
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must be physically fit as heavy lifting is required
- Previous experience of working in an Assembly role
- Applicants must be able to work under pressure
