A forward thinking, leading engineering company is seeking an Administrator to join their team based in the Royston area. The role is paying GBP29601 per annum with no weekends, hybrid opportunities, pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank and private health care, initially on a 12 month contract.
What will you be doing as an Administrator?
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork and ensuring the required materials are delivered to your worksite
- Support payroll function by collating weekly timesheets
- Updating with changes on a weekly basis
- Dealing with payroll queries
- As a site administrator, you will oversee the overall office management
- Ordering supplies, updating, and maintaining records a, scheduling meetings, and visits
- Arranging inductions for new starters
