We are recruiting for a Customer Success Administrator to join a dynamic Training team within an established organisation. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to be a key part of a growing team, ensuring smooth project coordination and excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
  • Support all aspects of project coordination, from setting up new projects to closing off completed work.
  • Collect and collate feedback from stakeholders.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in systems and databases, including evaluation data and confidential Equalities data.
  • Manage enquiries and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
  • Coordinate printing and binding of materials, liaising with external suppliers when needed.
Accreditation & Certification
  • Administer the accreditation process for training courses, including learner registrations and certifications.
  • Manage post-course submissions, allocate assessors, and track assessment progress.
  • Process course attendance certificates and external accreditation documentation.
Compliance & General Administration
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry compliance standards.
  • Support internal teams in maintaining compliance and data security.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the team.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in business support administration.
  • CRM experience (such as Salesforce) preferred but not essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Confident and professional when engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
