- Support all aspects of project coordination, from setting up new projects to closing off completed work.
- Collect and collate feedback from stakeholders.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and internal processes.
- Maintain accurate records in systems and databases, including evaluation data and confidential Equalities data.
- Manage enquiries and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate printing and binding of materials, liaising with external suppliers when needed.
- Administer the accreditation process for training courses, including learner registrations and certifications.
- Manage post-course submissions, allocate assessors, and track assessment progress.
- Process course attendance certificates and external accreditation documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry compliance standards.
- Support internal teams in maintaining compliance and data security.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the team.
- Previous experience in business support administration.
- CRM experience (such as Salesforce) preferred but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Confident and professional when engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
