- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Booking deliveries into stock and reconciling invoices with purchase orders
- Monitoring stock levels and aligning with sales requirements
- Assisting the sales team with stock clearance
- Communicating supply issues and back orders with the sales team
- Liaising with suppliers regarding outstanding orders, delivery dates, and back orders
- Answering calls from suppliers and hauliers to coordinate delivery schedules
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Confidence using IT systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
