We are looking for a Purchasing/Stock Controller to join our clients dynamic team! This is a key role where you’ll be an integral part of the operation, ensuring stock levels align with sales demands while maintaining excellent supplier relationships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Raising and managing purchase orders
  • Booking deliveries into stock and reconciling invoices with purchase orders
  • Monitoring stock levels and aligning with sales requirements
  • Assisting the sales team with stock clearance
  • Communicating supply issues and back orders with the sales team
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding outstanding orders, delivery dates, and back orders
  • Answering calls from suppliers and hauliers to coordinate delivery schedules
