- A PhD or Masters in applied Physics or Engineering.
- Recent and relevant experience working as a research scientist / R&D Engineer / Physicist exploring new technologies and concept generation, including proof of concept.
- Strong experimental and analytical skills, particularly in the areas of mechanics, fluidics, and acoustics.
- Solid understanding of physical principles and their application to practical systems.
- Good practical skills, and the ability to devise, set up and run tests in the lab.
