Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with Royston based employer to help them find a SENIOR SALES ADMINISTRATOR.
The SENIOR SALES ADMINISTRATOR will be managing the relationships of both new and existing customers from both Europe and the UK. Taking ownership of the order process through its full cycle from quotation, through to delivery and aftersales care.
To be considered for the role of SENIOR SALES ADMINISTRATOR you will need to have experience of handling European account relationships.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS- Salary of £34,000 to £40,000
- Monday to Friday office hours of 9am-5pm with 30 mins lunch on a permanent, full time basis
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (5 days must be kept for the Christmas break) + 8 bank holiday days

THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the SENIOR SALES ADMINISTRATOR, are:
- Taking detailed and intricate sales orders from a set of managed accounts
- Contact for new customer quotations and requests for info
- Offering alternative products to customers if there are issues with their requests
- Liaising with suppliers based in China and Europe to gather pricing and product information
- Ensuring customers are kept informed of any order updates/changes
- Uploading new products onto the system
- Creating new customer accounts
- Confirming delivery dates to customers and keeping them up to date with order progress to ensure on time delivery
- Creating detailed reports
- Putting together customs paperwork and packing lists for international shipments
