Polytec are looking for an Administrator to provide efficient and effective support to the HR team of our client based in Royston.
Responsibilities:
* Administration support to the team, maintaining accurate data
* Ensure high quality maintenance of personnel data
* Administration and data maintenance tasks related to organisational changes
* Assist with co-ordination of employee and manager onboarding (and welcome days)
* Create contracts, documents and certifications
* Maintenance of personnel files
* Provide quick and quality answers and solutions to employee inquiries
* Create standard HR reports and analytics
Requirements:
* Good level of education
* Accurate and sound administration experience
* Competent working with databases, spreadsheets and software packages
* Capable of prioritising workload without sacrificing attention to detail
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
* Experience within an HR role or with using Workday would be a distinct advantage
