My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll provide generalist HR support, drive HR improvements, and deliver a great experience for employees and managers alike.Full time hours 37.5 per weekHybrid working Free car parking on site Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Support: Be the first point of contact for HR queries, manage employee records, and support managers with employee relations.
  • Recruitment: Assist with recruitment activities alongside the Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • On boarding: Ensure a smooth on boarding experience, including managing new starter communications, system updates, and inductions.
  • Training: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and support access to relevant development opportunities.
  • Payroll: Support payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing payroll data.
Skills & Attributes:
  • People-focused and empathetic, with strong communication skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Able to use data to inform HR decisions and improve processes.
  • Experience in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Understanding of UK employment law, GDPR, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and MS Office.
