We are delighted to be working with this growing manufacturer based out of Royston. They are recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for technical issues
- Responding to tickets remotely and in-person
- Diagnosing issues with hardware and software
- Undertaking a range of projects assigned by the IT Manager
- Stock management of IT equipment
- Educating users on best practices
- Setting up new starters on IT equipment
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in similar role
- Willingness to learn and a passion for technology
- Experience with Windows, Apple and Android products
- Understanding of networking
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Driving license and access to a vehicle
