This is an outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer with 2 years or more PQE to join an award winning team of specialists that deal with a wide range of high quality, complex, high value and high profile commercial property work.
Key responsibilities:
Handling a range of Commercial Property transactions, with a strong focus on agriculture, rural affairs, and estate management. This includes:
路 Drafting and negotiating leases, rent deposit deeds, licences to underlet or alter, and farm business tenancies
路 Managing sales and purchases
路 Running an independent caseload while also supporting more complex transactions
路 Proactively and independently manage a mixed caseload of client matters
路 Provide clients with top quality legal advice that meets their needs entirely
路 Due diligence on large scale property projects
路 Providing property support to corporate / finance transactions
路 Work closely with the team to help achieve the firm鈥檚 fee targets
