Are you passionate about driving positive change and improving manufacturing processes? Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Royston, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Maintenance & Facilities Engineer to join their team.

This full time, permanent role involves working as part of the maintenance and facilities team, ensuring that all work is carried out in a professional and safe manner and in accordance with current regulations.

You will have mechanical experience in manufacturing machines, involving hydraulics and pneumatics, fault finding and repair as well as welding, fabricating and electrical experience and knowledge.

  • Ensuring that plant, equipment and facilities on site are maintained and are running safely and correctly
  • Be able to contribute to and work within a small team, whilst still able to work on own initiative
  • To be flexible with working hours to support planned repairs and unplanned breakdowns
  • You may be required on occasion to perform Ad hoc responsibilities to support business needs
  • Resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities
