Gap Construction is proud to represent a prestigious builder based in central Hertfordshire, known for delivering some of the most unique and high-quality developments in the region. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for a small collection of high end homes in Royston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations in close collaboration with the contracts manager, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, ensuring site presentation is of the highest order.
- Coordinate all site-based activities, including ordering materials, managing equipment, and supervising personnel.
- Contribute to the efficient delivery of the project while meeting client specifications and expectations.
Person Specification:
- Extensive experience in high-quality housing and property construction.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining the highest construction standards.
- A proactive and punctual approach to site management.
- Valid SMSTS/SSSTS Card.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £60,000-£65,000 per annum.
