My client is a well-established manufacturing business looking for an HR Administrator to play a pivotal role in streamlining their HR processes. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in helping them transition to a more automated and efficient way of working.

? Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team? Ensuring accuracy across all HR documentation and records? Assisting with compliance processes and policies? Supporting problem-solving initiatives and process improvements? Managing employee records, contracts, and HR systems
