An experienced Plumber with at least 5 years of experience is needed to join the team at this accredited specialist construction and maintenance company based in Hertfordshire and Cambridge with over 30 years of experience.
A City and Guilds qualification in plumbing is highly desirable, but they believe experience is just as important. So, if the candidate has experience but no qualifications, the company would still be interested in viewing the application.

About the Role
The industrial setting they work in includes labs, offices, and factories. Their work is varied, ranging from changing taps and syphons to putting in water lines and installing new toilets and kitchens.
Having a CSCS card is desirable but not necessary. Working hours are 8 am-4 pm Monday through Friday, with weekend work available.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and materials
- Experience in installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to plumbing
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting and manoeuvring heavy objects
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Time management and organisational skills to meet project deadlines
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
