Our client in Royston are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to take on the responsibility of ensuring the production plan is implemented and on track, whilst overseeing 4 team leaders.Ā
Working hours Monday ā Thursday 7am ā 5pm and Friday 7am ā 10am

Production SupervisorĀ -Ā Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise 4 team leadersĀ
- Ensure machines are ready for production every morningĀ
- Report into planning throughout the day on progressĀ
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards in all production areas
- Responsible for quality control across productionĀ
- Support Operations Manager ensuring the team meets their targets
- Help identify and implement productivity improvementsĀ
Production Supervisor -Ā Skills and Experience required:
- Experience leading a team
- High energy, proactive and hungry attitudeĀ
- Experience within a Production/Manufacturing environment
- Qualifications in Lean Manufacturing (or experience implementing)
- Strong Maths skillsĀ
- Fabrication experience isĀ advantageous
