TRS are working with a leading infrastructure provider who work on a number of the UK and European construction projects, they are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Hertfordshire on a permanent basis.
The position is offering an attractive package which includes: £60,000 - £75,000 Per Annum depending on experience as well as a Healthcare Scheme and 24 Days holiday which increases with years of service and opportunities to buy and sell holiday.
About you
You will have experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor within Utility and Construction sectors.
You will hold a Degree or Equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
You will have extensive knowledge of construction contracts and procurement contract documents.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining and developing relationships with Key Clients.
Forecasting for projects and ensuring they are accurately reported on a monthly basis.
Backing up and safe archiving all relevant commercial information relating to projects and ensuring it meets the required company and industry standards.
Managing and reviewing Risk and Opportunities.
