An opportunity has arisen to join an excellent, long term partner of ours as an Internal Recruiter. The client are ideally looking for somebody with tech recruitment experience, with previous positions within both agency and internal recruitment are desirable. The role will require circa 1 day per week in the Royston office with the rest undertaken from home.Key duties will include:
- Headhunting for technical roles via LinkedIn
- Advertising jobs and screening applicants
- Offer management
- Working closely with senior stakeholders
- Assisting as required within a recruitment team
- Ad-hoc recruitment administration
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of recruiting tech positions
- Agency and internal experience is desirable
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
- The want to work in a busy recruitment team
