We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our busy but fun and friendly team where you will be supporting the Consultants as well as assisting with the running of the office. You will be the first point of contact for receiving calls and reception duties so this position would suit a professional, approachable and highly organised individual who has the ability to work under pressure and understand the importance of deadlines and team work.

We are based in Royston and is role is initially a temporary position although could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. We can be flexible with working hours.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the consultants on a day to day basis with general administrative duties
  • Ensuring all passports or eligibility to work are obtained
  • Loading client and candidate information onto the recruitment database
  • Ability to implement and maintain new procedures in relation to compliance
  • Sending out interview confirmations
  • Sending out temp packs to agency workers via our automated system
  • Assisting with social media articles and posts
  • Writing blogs for M&W website and social media pages
  • Assisting with event planning for clients and staff

Person specification:

  • Previous experience working within a fast paced team in an office environment is essential
  • Previous experience supporting a busy sales team would be beneficial
  • Excellent rapport builder
  • Strong work ethic
  • Highly organised
  • Evidence of working in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible "can do" attitude
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Strong organisation and ability to work in a highly demanding environment

Skills:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages
  • A good knowledge of using social media platforms
  • Any recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential
