We are seeking a HGV Workshop Controller / Technician to join our Client's Reputable Commercial Dealership in the Royston area. Our Client is looking for an experienced HGV Technician to hit the ground running and take a step up with some more responsibility into a Workshop Controllers position, so previous HGV experience is vital. HGV Technicians from all backgrounds (Dealer, Fleet, etc.) and all qualifications will be considered. Our Client will also consider experienced Car & Van Technicians that have an interest in making the move up to HGV.Our Client is offering the successful HGV Workshop Controller / Technician:

Duties of a HGV Workshop Controller / Technician with our Client:
  • Performance of all maintenance services according to the manufacturer's instructions and according to the maintenance schedule.
  • All visual inspections, adjustment operations, adjustments, operating fluid changes and additions, replacement of worn equipment.
  • Responsible for repairing and servicing of vehicles booked into the workshop.
  • Diagnosing faults on vehicles.
  • Carrying out warranty repairs to manufacturers guidelines.
What our Clients expect of their HGV Workshop Controller / Technicians:
  • Experience working on HGV's, Vans, or Cars
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualifications Advantageous
  • Own tools and equipment
  • Full UK driving license
