Account Manager
OA are currently working with a growing organisation within the roofing solutions industry and are currently looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to support the sales department, producing quotes and understanding drawings, suggesting products and following up quotes.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hour week)
- £30,000 - £35,000
- 31 days holiday
- Free on-site parking

Account Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone promptly.
- Reviewing information provided and helping the customer with product selection
- Using excellent product knowledge to suggest solutions and understand what customers are looking for
- Entering all quotes and activities on system
- Follow up quotations and opportunities
- Understand quotations and drawings being submitted
Account Manager – Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working with construction drawings and models
- Proficient in Microsoft Apps
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident in speaking to customers over the phone
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Willingness to learn
