As aR&D Engineer, youll help bring new and existing products to life, turning designs into working prototypes. You'll work with cutting-edge materials and techniques infabricationandmachining, with the added opportunity to grow your design skills inSolidworksandproduct development.
What You'll Do:
- Use yourfabrication, welding, and sheet metal skillsto create high-quality prototypes.
- Collaborate onR&Dandproduct development, turning designs into real-world solutions.
- Gain real time experience withSolidworks, developing your design capabilities.
- Help improve processes, materials, and prototyping methods.
What Were Looking For:
- Apprentice Trainedwith an NVQ / HNC / HND in aMechanical / Workshop Discipline.
- Strong background inWelding, Fabrication, Sheet Metal, orCNC Machining.
- Experience in bespoke product developmentor anR&Denvironment is a plus.
- Basic understanding ofCADorSolidworks(training provided).
- Desire to develop inmechanical designand work on cutting-edge products.
