Spencer Clarke Group are seeking Support Workers for a private client based in Cambridgeshire.

In this role, you will provide hands-on personal care, support therapeutic activities, and help young adults engage in a variety of enriching experiences to promote their independence and well-being.

Key Duties:

  • Assist with hygiene, toileting, dressing, and support with medical needs and therapies like rebound and hydrotherapy.
  • Encourage young adults to make choices and manage their daily activities, including participating in the enterprise scheme and community outings.
  • Facilitate engagement in recreational activities such as arts, music, gardening, and skills development.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment, prioritizing the health and emotional well-being of individuals in your care.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
  • Supporting medical needs and engaging in therapeutic activities like rebound therapy and hydrotherapy.
  • Promoting independence and helping individuals make choices in their daily activities.
  • Facilitating recreational and skills-based activities, including arts, music, and community outings.

What's on offer:

Salary: £25,729.60 - £28,059.20 per year for a 40 hour week - PLUS £1500 Welcome bonus*

Hours: 40 hours per week
