Opus People Solutions are seeking a Team Leader Support Worker near Royston.

Your role as a Team Leader Support Worker will be to support management within a residential service for young adults with disabilities, including severe learning difficulties and complex health needs. This is a fantastic chance to excel your career, with plenty of opportunity to progress into management roles.

Key duties include:

  • Help with inducting new members of staff and their ongoing training and development
  • Be responsible for leading a team of staff, including resolving any performance issues and ensuring high levels of support are given at all times.
  • Ensuring documentation is kept up to date
  • Regularly undertake sleep-in duties & on call responsibilities

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in shift/team leading
