Key Responsibilities:- Support and deliver tailored educational programs for students with SEN.
- Work closely with other teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine interest in working with children with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methods and strategies.
