Opus People Solutions are seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in Royston.

As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you'll play a vital role in supporting students aged 6-19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism, and complex medical needs. You'll also work with young adults aged 18-30, empowering them to reach their full potential.

In this role, you'll provide individualized communication and dysphagia support, conduct assessments, and develop therapy programs tailored to the needs of each individual. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and train others to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

To be considered, you will have:

  • A Speech and Language Therapy degree (graduate or master's level).
  • Registered membership with RCSLT and HCPC.
  • Post-graduate dysphagia training with competencies in Eating, Drinking, and Swallowing.
  • Experience supporting children and young people with SEND, PMLD, and ASD.
  • A naturally caring and empathetic nature.
