This role involves selling a range of ESD products, conducting ESD training, and providing ESD auditing services to clients within the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, sales skills, and a passion for educating and assisting customers.Key Responsibilities:

    • Promote and sell ESD products to new and existing clients in the electronics industry.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
    • Identify and approach potential clients, delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
    • Conduct ESD training sessions for clients, covering the principles of ESD control and best practices.
    • Stay updated on the latest ESD standards and technologies to ensure the delivery of current and relevant training content.
    • Perform ESD audits at client facilities to assess compliance with ESD standards and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations to enhance ESD control measures.
    • Work closely with clients to implement corrective actions and ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the Electronics Industry. Or 5 years of experience with ESD.
  • Knowledge of ESD control principles, products, and industry standards or the ability and desire to learn rapidly.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth or the ability to do so.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and conduct on-site training and audits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred but not essential.
