Hire Desk Plant Coordinator Required

We are currently looking for an organised and detail-oriented Hire Desk Plant Coordinator to join the team at our office in Thriplow, Duxford.

The Hire Desk Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Operation Manager in scheduling and coordinating the HGV road sweeper drivers. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively with other departments within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general information to customers
  • Prepare presentations and documents as requested by management
  • Update schedules and assist planning program
  • Coordinate field operatives workload and dealing with customer requests
  • Communicate and manage field operatives on a daily basis
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
