Warehouse Operative / Yard Assistant who has some previous experience working within either a Warehouse or Workshop environment with a Forklift Truck Licence is required for a fast-growing engineering company.

SALARY: £12.50 - £14.00 per Hour (depending on experience) + Benefits

LOCATION: Royston, Hertfordshire

You should be physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks and possess a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when dealing with stock and materials. DUTIES

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative / Yard Assistant include:

Managing waste and recycling, including loading materials

Operating the Forklift

Loading and unloading vehicles

Handling goods inwards and outwards processes

Packing project materials, fittings, fixtures, and equipment ready for the site teams

Assisting with stock control

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Must have previous experience working within a warehouse/workshop environment

Must be reliable with good time keeping skills

Have a strong attention to detail with the ability to use your own initiative

Will need a Forklift truck licence
