Senior Finance Manager

My client, a leading, privately owned organisation within the construction/development space are looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager.

This role, reporting into the Group Finance Director, will have a broad remit with full responsibility for the day to day running of the accounts function.

An ambitious outlook is required as the role will evolve to become a Financial Controller/Head of Finance.

Headline responsibilities will include;

1. Full responsibility for all internal and external financial and taxation reporting across all businesses within the trading and investment groups.
2. Supervision and mentoring of the finance team.
3. Lead the upgrade of the ERP system, in conjunction with the external software provider.
4. Internal responsibility for IT systems, infrastructure, and software with support from an external IT provider

2. Annual Budget and Monthly Forecasts
3. Statutory and Regulatory Returns
4. Lead the Annual External Audit Including Completion of Year End Accounts and Tax Returns
5. Management of the Finance Team
6. Management and Development of IT Systems and Procedures
7. Support the Group Finance Director in Delivering Continuous Business Improvement
