Mae Care Limited is a small independent family run Care Company, situated in Ruddington, South Nottingham. We have been established ten years and have a GOOD rating from The CQC.
We specialise in all aspects of domiciliary care, end of life care, companionship care and especially, we focus upon dementia
care.
Our bespoke shifts cover most areas of Nottingham, in blocks of sensible calls, seven days a week, with flexible weekend and daily shifts.
The candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the care service, reporting back to The Field Care Supervisor any issues or concerns that are needing intervention, or attention to.
The applicant will also be the first response, for all for communication from the Mae Care team, their customers, family members, their representatives, other health professionals and general queries, when on shift lead.
Benefits on top of a starting pay of 14.00 an hour, are 14.50 weekend pay and an overtime payment of 15.60. We also pay a small performance related monthly bonus and travelling time after the first call, that significantly improves the hourly rate.
Further training and a scope for self improvement are encouraged and Bupa Wellbeing is provided, for staff morale and support.
Six weeks holiday are provided, with an extra birthday holiday.
Experience is preferred and ownership and use of a vehicle is 100% necessary.
