Meridian Business Support, Education division are working with a Send school based in Nottinghamshire. They require an experienced, professional and highly trained Primary SEN Teacher to work with their pupils.

This job is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher to help shape the growth and development of anew provision and enrich the lives of our partnering school pupils. Role responsibilities
  • Teaching inclusive classes, to6 pupils with the assistance of 2 teaching assistants.
  • Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and a range of diagnosis which may include Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Attachment needs and mild/moderate learning needs.
Ideal candidates will have
  • Qualified teacher status
  • A teaching qualification gained in the UK
  • Experience teaching Primary or children within a Send school setting
  • Knowledge teaching children with SEMH, ASD and other additional learning needs
  • A DBS on the update service or be willing to have a new one processed
  • Right to work in the UK
