Job Requirements
  • Support the delivery of audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance at every step
  • Collaborate with onsite audit teams to ensure budgets, deadlines and expectations are met
  • Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, handling queries quickly and effectively
  • Use software including IRIS, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks
  • Manage own workload, regularly updating Seniors and Managers with work progress
  • Build strong relationships with clients by offering advice and proactively handling queries
  • Aid the development of junior staff by reviewing work and providing guidance
  • Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team
  • Support the wider firm by undertaking ad-hoc work where required

The Successful Applicant
  • ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
  • Proven track record of supporting audit assignments within practice environment
  • Good knowledge of audit software including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
  • A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn from an experienced team and progress within the firm
  • Professional yet personable, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
