GreenwellGleeson are excited to be working on an exclusive basis with a large and successful Manufacturing business based in Rugby.This role offers variety and job satisfaction, the business overall offers a great culture, a supportive team and owners that show care and always put their people first.Responsibilities:Support the Senior Finance Manager to prepare, and critically review, the groups monthly resultsManaging the month end close process, ensuring the ledgers are all closed to strict deadlinesPrepare and present monthly reporting and interpretations of divisional financial performance by activity and/or areaSpeak to site leads to challenge financial performance and coach financial awarenessPrepare accurate monthly financial reports to guide strategic decision-making.Maintaining the management reporting system to ensure integrity and accuracyPerform cost analysis and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.Work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure financial compliance.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key site leads in the business.Drive process improvements within the finance department.Provide financial expertise and advice to senior management.The successful Applicant:AAT, Studying, Part Qualified, Qualified (Study support will be offered)Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Please note, this is an onsite role.
