Revenues Officer to support its team in delivering high-quality revenue services. This short-term role is perfect for an experienced professional with a strong background in local government revenue collection and administration.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Administer and manage council tax and business rates accounts.
- Handle billing, payments, and customer queries efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and council policies.
- Support debt recovery processes and liaise with stakeholders.
