You’ll be ATT qualified and may be studying towards your CTA and have at least 2 years of general accounting experience with some of it in a tax-based role. You’ll certainly be comfortable completing corporate tax returns and communicating directly with clients.

Job Purpose
- To prepare and review corporate tax returns for the firm’s valued portfolio of clients (there will be a bias towards corporate tax.)
- Handle ad hoc corporate tax matters.
- To support the Tax Managers with all ad hoc tasks.
- Oversee a portfolio of varied clients, be aware of workflow and the importance of meeting deadlines.
- Identify tax advisory opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with points of contact for the portfolio, building strong client relationships.
- Reviewing work completed by junior members of the team.
- Offering learning and development opportunities as a mentor to junior staff.
- Work as part of a team that fosters a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Networking and business development.
