HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, employment law, and best practices.
- Lead organisational design and change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and growth.
- Support recruitment, performance management, and remuneration activities.
- Deliver coaching, training, and HR policy education to leaders and employees.
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

- Proven experience in employee relations, coaching, and mentoring.
