Remuneration : Circa ÂŁ24k annual salary (dependent on experience) + benefitsHours of work : Full Time 37.5 hours per week; 08:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday.
Job Profile
Must be a team player, energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent administrative, communication and IT skills as well as accounting experience in order to adapt quickly to this challenging role.
Areas of Responsibility
• Answering the telephone• Dealing with e-mail enquiries & phone enquiries and associated actions (e.g. sending info, confirming approved status or not of products etc.)• Preparing data and for annual audit reminders, emailing, chasing responses & following up on non-replies• Emailing reports and certificates.• Data entry into web-based database; adjusting expiry dates, enabling & disabling entries.• Filing• Data entry into excel spreadsheets• Reconciling payments• Raising invoices & chasing payments• Booking in paperwork & samples• Dealing with couriers for collections and deliveries
Background/Experience• Administrative experience• Accounts administration experience• Preference given to those with knowledge of Xero • Good working knowledge of MS Office
Abilities• Excellent communication skills at all levels.• Excellent general administration skills.• Great IT skills; used to maximising the use of electronic formats, working with CRM type systems, • Ability to multi-task with effective management of time and priorities and a disciplined approach to work.• Comfortable dealing with others at all levels within the industry.• Be able to use own initiative

Salary• Basic salary circa £24k depending on experience.• Non contractual company performance-based bonus scheme• Auto enrolment contributory pension• 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
