Sales Administrator - 27,000 | Rugby | Full-Time

Salary: 27,000 per year

Location: Rugby (Office-based)

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 1-hour lunch break daily

Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Our client, a well-established company based in Rugby, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the sales function and ensuring a smooth customer journey. You'll work alongside a friendly and supportive team while liaising with distributors, national companies, family-run businesses, and various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering exceptional service
  • Process orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
  • Provide expert advice on product features, pricing, and availability
  • Handle general customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to the Team Leader when necessary
  • Conduct soft telesales campaigns to existing customers
  • Manage daily invoicing
  • Monitor time-critical orders, keeping customers updated on any potential delays
