Production Machine Operators (Day Shift)
4 on / 4 off (6am - 6pm)
Full Time - Temp 2 Perm
Rugby (CV21)
£16.05 - £17.43 p/hour (Depending on relevant machine operating experience)

We are looking for several experienced production machine operators who can commit to a full time, temp 2 perm role at a busy aerospace company in the Rugby area.
This is a 4 on / 4 off shift working 12 hours (this shift pattern will include some weekends due to how 4 on / 4 off works).
It's a busy role where you operate high speed machinery used to produce metallic items. You will be loading, unloading, quality checking, following a process and working to tight tolerances.
There will be drawing and diagrams to follow and you will be using precision instruments (mics, verniers, shadow graphs).
To be considered - you MUST have the following skills / experience.
- Solid CV showing commitment to an employer (not changing jobs every 6 months).
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
- At least 2 year's experience within a machine operating role (ideally automotive or aerospace).
- Fully numerate and literate.
- Great eye for detail.
- Positive attitude, someone who is easy to get along with and a person who wants to progress.

- £16.05 - £17.43 p/hour (range depends on your level of CNC machining experience).
- Initially weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment before moving permanent.
