£13.35 p/h (when on shifts) (£11.75 when on fixed for 3 weeks)

We are looking for several candidates who are based local to Rugby and have experience working with high-speed machinery for a busy engineering client.
This is an active, manual standing role where you operate machinery used to produce ceramic products for the automotive or defence sector.
You will be following production orders, working with precision measuring instruments, and following basic drawings.
It's Monday - Friday, initially working 0730 - 1600, but you will switch to a rotating morning and afternoon shift after 3 weeks.
It's a long-term, full-time role and not just for Christmas.
The skills needed are:
*Experience working in a machine operating role.
*An interest or formal qualification within engineering (BTEC).
*Someone who can deal with basic engineering drawings or work with precision instruments.
*Someone who is flexible enough to work the shift pattern.
*Fully numerate and literate.
This offer provides you:
*£13.35 p/h (when on shifts).
