We're seeking a Community Caretaker to join our Estate Midlands team in Rugby on a permanent basis.
You will need to enjoy working with people as you will be a visible representative for Clarion in the neighbourhood.
You'll be responsible for the estate inspections, reporting issues as they arise including repairs and the cleanliness, safety and security of our neighbourhoods and schemes.
A vehicle will be provided so a full driving licence is required. The role will include extensive travel between estates as you'll be required to cover different sites.
