Permanent - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and strategic PMO Manager to join our Project Management Office in our Rugby Office.

As our PMO Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the PMO by providing advanced analytical insights, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the effective governance of projects and programmes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management methodologies, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be adept at managing complex project portfolios.

This is a hybrid role based in Rugby for the next 12 months with an upcoming office relocation to a new location located within 10 miles of Rugby.

About the role

  • Developing and applying a management framework to define and deliver a portfolio of programmes, projects and/or ongoing services.
  • Developing, producing and delivering regular and one-off management information to provide insights and aid decision-making.
  • Planning and implementing organisation-wide processes and procedures for the management of risk to the success or integrity of the enterprise.
  • Creating new and potentially disruptive approaches to performing business activities.
  • Influencing stakeholder attitudes, decisions, and actions for mutual benefit.
  • Acquiring, deploying and onboarding resources.

About You

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Clarity).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret a range of data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
