Our client, a growing and successful business based in Rugby, are looking for a Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join their busy and lively team. This role is integral to the team as you will be dealing with customers and scheduling of engineers.

The key responsibilities for the Maintenance Operations Coordinator:

  • Contacting customers to schedule engineering work visits
  • Contacting engineers to schedule customer visits and ensuring they have all relevant information
  • Adding new contract maintenance requirements to the systems to ensure they are scheduled, completed and invoiced
  • Raising invoices
  • Supporting the wider team with customer and admin-based tasks

The minimum requirements for for the Maintenance Operations Coordinator:

  • A great communicator - able to communicate to different stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Experience in a fast paced office-based role
  • Lively personality
  • Great IT skills - can pick up systems with ease

The ideal candidate for the for the Maintenance Operations Coordinator:

  • Ideally some experience in a role that included booking or scheduling / coordination
  • Previous experience working with a CRM system and Word/Excel
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
