Customer Service Administrator

Hourly rate: 13.05

Location: Town Hall Rugby CV21 2RR- office based

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting residents with their property repair inquiries and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This role will involve taking inbound calls and booking in repairs for tenants, the successful candidate will have excellent telephone manner and IT skills and be able to deal with challenging situations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Logging repair requests, scheduling appointments, and liaising with repair teams.
  • Providing accurate information and updates to customers regarding their repair status.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely resolution of repair requests.
  • Maintaining accurate records on the dedicated IT system
