You will oversee the Order Processing team, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders while providing exceptional customer service from order to project completion. The main parts of the role include:

  • Managing a team of 4 customer service staff in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Driving and motivating the team to meet objectives.
  • Taking responsibility for query resolution and prevention.
  • Oversee all aspects of the order processing lifecycle, from order receipt to fulfillment and after sales enquiries.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the set timeframes while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring the team's performance to ensure the customers' requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively and in line with agreements
  • Identifying training requirements.
  • Monitor workflow and reassign tasks to team members as necessary to balance workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Address and resolve escalated issues, such as order discrepancies, delivery delays, or customer complaints, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Attend customer meetings, on and off site when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years team management experience in fast paced customer service environment
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • Hire desk management experience is desirable but not essential
