Hospitality Sous Chef - Rugby, Warwickshire - 30k-31k

My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Sous Chef for one of their flagship sites inRugby, Warwickshire.

For this Hospitality Sous Chef role, you will need to have:

• A background catering for events either within contract catering, hotels, golf club etc

• Experience managing a BOH team

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
