Head of Online Sales | The Midlands | up to £80k Basic | Values Led Retailer

A strategic role sitting as part of the senior leadership team, the position of Head of Online Sales is accountable for the online sales growth and optimisation for both the direct channel and marketplaces. A newly created role, this is a pivotal role for the business and one that will lead a step change.

Day to day in the position of Head of Online Sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the digital team (B2B & B2C), in the next stage of growth. From identifying the digital roadmap through to coaching the team through this
  • Owning the Digital P&L growth against budget/growth/performance
  • Identifying new potential revenue streams
  • Reviewing the online customer journey, identifying ways to improve and optimise
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships both internally and externally
  • Maximising income through reviewing all digital revenue streams
  • Collaborating with the Head of Marketing to ensure a strong marketing plan considering SEO, PPC, Email, Affiliates, Social Media

To be considered for the position of Head of Online Sales, you will offer the following:

  • Circa five years operating at a similar level, with evidence of scaling/growing online channels
  • Proven in leading multi-discliplinary teams
  • Digitally savvy with a love for online trading
  • Ability to work at pace, with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Pragmatic and solution oriented
  • Strong online trading experience
