Winner Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) for an award-winning marketing client located in Rugby Town Centre.
The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office and two days working from home.
Candidates should have a strong background in BDM, preferably within the hospitality sector.
The ideal applicant will be a team player with exceptional customer service skills.
An attractive salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000, depending on experience, is being offered.

Winner Recruitment are currently looking for BDM to join there award winning Marketing client based in Rugby Town Centre.

You will be required to work on a hybrid basis - 3 days office - 2 days home.

You will have a strong background in BDM preferably within Hospitality.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, have exceptional customer service skills.

There is an attractive salary on offer of £28-35K DOE.
