Team Leader - Customer Orders & Support Rugby

Salary £30,000 -£31,000 per annum - Dependent on experience

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader within the Customer Service & Sales Administration Team sector.

Role Requirements

The role will suit an experienced candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ Team Leader experience within a Customer and Sales Administration background, confident dealing with multiple customers daily, able to multitask and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.

Excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills, both verbal and written are essential, along with excellent numeracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manging a small team - liaising with existing customers, customer care, complaint handling.

Resolving general customer queries as they escalate

Processing orders answering product questions

Raising quotations when enquiries for pricing and availability are received

Processing and posting invoices daily to customers

Participation on the credit control process recording payments received and chasing overdue payments up to an initial stage

Working closely Technical Sales/Sales Administration/Accounts and Senior Management.
